Appointments

Our general office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We work 9am-6pm every other Tuesday, one Friday a month from 8am-5pm and one Saturday a month from 9am-1pm. Our longer appointments generally are scheduled during the mornings or early afternoons as they require more doctor time.  Scheduling the longer procedures earlier in the day also allows the afternoons for shorter appointments so we can provide the highest quality of care for each patient. 

It is very important to come to your scheduled appointment.  When an appointment is made, please understand that these times are saved specfically for you.  Not only do late cancellations and no shows increase the amount of your time spent waiting, but it then becomes difficult to schedule other patients so they also can take advantage of Dr. Daniels' time. 

We are sensitive to working parents, the demands of school placed on young people, the inconvenience caused by having to pick a child up at school and go to the orthodontist and that families have other commitments.  However, for optimal results and because we do not want your treatment to get behind or take any longer than expected, please call 48 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment.  After missing two appointments without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.
