Appointments

Here at Samuel Daniels, D.D.S, M.S., P.L.L.C. our general office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Every month we also offer late night appointments on every other Tuesday as well as morning appointments one Saturday a month.  Our longer appointments generall are scheduled during the mornings or early afternoons to allow the afternoons for shorter appointments so we can provide the highest quality of care for each patient. 

It is very important to come to your scheduled appointment.  When an appointment is made, please understand that these times are saved specfically for you.  Not only do late cancellations and no shows increase the amount of your time spent waiting, but it then becomes difficult to schedule other patients so they also can take advantage of Dr. Daniels' time. 

We are sensitive to working parents, the demands of school placed on young people, the inconvenience caused by having to pick a child up at school and go to the orthodontist, and that families have other commitments.  However, for optimal results and because we do not want your treatment to get behind or take any longer than expected, please call at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment.

Payment Options

Orthodontic treatment is more affordable than ever!  Our goal is to provide you with high-quality orthodontic treatment in an affordable manner.  We are very flexible and offer a variety of payment options.  Cost will depend on many factors:

• the severity of the patient's problem
• the complexity of the patient's problem
• the length of required treatment for the patient

Many insurance policies will cover a portion of orthodontic costs.  As a favor to you, we will call your insurance company to verify your benefits.  If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, your out-of-pocket coast will be reduced.  Although insurance policies vary greatly, many have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from your annual dental benefit.

We will be happy to help you determine the best payment plan to accommodate your needs.  Dr. Daniels offers no interest payment plans consisting of a down payment and montly payments so your fees may be paid over an extended amount of time during the course of treatment.  How large the down payment and monthly payments are depends on your needs.  We also offer Care Credit, a third line of credit with payment plans for up to 60 months and 18 months interest free.  Also, if you wish to pay in full at the time treatment begins, we offer a 5% courtesy off the total treatment fee.
